Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in social work, international development, education and other related fields
• Experience in project implementation is preferred
• Experience in an international organization is preferred
• Demonstrated negotiation and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on multiple tasks at once
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Having extensive knowledge in Social development sectors (Education)

Duties and Accountabilitie

• Ability to develop, manage and implement project and programs in the field of education
• Carry out necessary research such as data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Monitor and evaluate program results and related indicators
• Develop and action plans, reports, training , materials, and manuals
• Develop communication, cooperation, and agreements
