Mongolia faces harsh natural conditions and disasters like snowstorms (DZUD) and floods, which can lead to significant losses of food and livestock. Good Neighbors Mongolia provides disaster-affected households and communities with emergency response packages, including food, hygiene kits, mental support kits for children, disinfection products, pit toilet suction and disinfection services, ambulance cars, and protective equipment to help them through these challenging times.
First aid training is conducted in collaboration with the Mongolian Red Cross Society to protect citizens, enhance disaster preparedness, and improve operational capabilities. Participants gain the knowledge and skills to perform first aid and receive essential materials, including first aid kits, manuals, and disaster relief guides.
